We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish-English) General Marketing Manager to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive growth, engagement, and brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management, with the ability to lead marketing initiatives from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (social media, email, SEO, PPC).
Oversee content creation, including blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, and promotional materials.
Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development.
Plan and attend 6-10 in-person meetings annually, contributing to strategic discussions and team building.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies.
