We are seeking a Data & Operations Associate—someone with a strong analytical mindset, technical flexibility, and the ability to navigate a variety of no-code and API-driven tools. This role is not confined to a single function; instead, you’ll be at the intersection of data management, automation, and operations, helping to shape and optimize our evolving tech stack and processes.

From data visualization and process automation to API integrations and technical troubleshooting, you’ll be instrumental in keeping our operations efficient, data-driven, and scalable.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Strategy & Analytics

• Data Management & Visualization

• Organize and analyze key operational and marketing data to drive decision-making.

• Build real-time dashboards to track lead pipelines, engagement metrics, and performance trends.

• Ensure data integrity and accuracy through smart structuring and automation.

• Process & Workflow Automation

• Automate repetitive tasks using Google Sheets (advanced formulas, scripts), Zapier, Make (Integromat), or API integrations.

• Optimize workflows for lead tracking, reporting, and internal operations.

• Insights & Reporting

• Provide actionable insights to leadership based on data trends.

• Develop lightweight predictive models to improve segmentation and targeting.

2. Technical Operations & No-Code Implementation

• Systems & API Integrations

• Work across a variety of tools (e.g., LMS, CRM, Botpress, Google Workspace) to ensure seamless integrations.

• Implement and optimize API connections between platforms.

• Tool Evaluation & Adaptation

• Identify and test new no-code and low-code solutions to improve efficiency.

• Rapidly adapt to shifting operational needs and recommend tools that align with business goals.

• Technical Troubleshooting

• Diagnose and resolve data flow, automation, and system errors quickly and efficiently.

3. Supporting Email & Customer Data Infrastructure (Nice to Have)

• Email & CRM Optimization (if needed, but not the main focus)

• Support email deliverability and segmentation within existing infrastructure.

• Assist in contact management and lead automation workflows.

Who You Are

• A Technical Generalist with Strong Data Skills – You’re comfortable working across a range of tools, troubleshooting, and optimizing workflows.

• API & No-Code Proficient – You can integrate off-the-shelf solutions and quickly learn new systems.

• Analytical & Strategic – You can interpret data and turn it into insights that inform business decisions.

• Process-Oriented but Agile – You structure systems effectively but can adapt as needs change.

• Self-Sufficient & Resourceful – You don’t wait for step-by-step instructions; you explore, test, and find solutions.
