Creole Instructor/Translator (Spanish, Ahramic, & Vietnamese) Needed!
Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Creole Instructor/Translator with native fluency in Spanish, Ahramic, or Vietnamese. The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of the English language and a passion for teaching and language.
Responsibilities:
Teaching:
Develop and implement engaging English language lesson plans tailored to the specific needs of students of various levels.
Conduct interactive classes, including grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and conversation practice.
Utilize a variety of teaching methodologies and resources to create a dynamic and effective learning environment.
Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to improve their language skills.
Translation:
Accurately translate documents and materials between English, Spanish, Ahramic, or Vietnamese.
Adapt translated content to maintain cultural nuances and target audience preferences.
Proofread and edit translated materials to ensure accuracy and clarity.
Provide interpretation services for meetings, conferences, and other events as needed.
Qualifications:
Native fluency in Spanish, Ahramic, or Vietnamese.
Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
Teaching certification or equivalent experience in ESL instruction.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using technology and language learning software.
Passion for language learning and cultural exchange.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience teaching online or hybrid learning formats.
Knowledge of specific language teaching methodologies, such as Communicative Language Teaching (CLT) or Task-Based Language Teaching (TBLT).
Experience working with diverse learners and adapting teaching strategies to different learning styles.
